Who this is

Wollenburg Media is me, one person, in Lincoln, Nebraska. Anything on this page, I do myself. Questions or removal requests: macoy@wollenburgmedia.com or text (402) 989-2372.

What I collect

If you send the inquiry form, I get what you typed: your name, phone number, email, session details, and on the senior form your school and grad year. The form is delivered to my inbox by Web3Forms. If you text me, I have your number and the conversation, like any text thread. If you book a call, Cal.com collects your name, email, and the time you picked.

I use that info to reply, plan your session, and send you your photos. I don't sell it, and I don't add you to a mailing list. I'll only text you about the thing you texted me about. I keep inquiry info while we're working together and delete it when you ask.

Analytics and ads

The site uses Google Analytics to see which pages get visited and Microsoft Clarity to see how pages get used, things like clicks and scrolling, so I can fix confusing spots. When I run ads, the Meta (Facebook/Instagram) pixel tells me whether those ads actually led to inquiries: Meta gets standard visit info (pages viewed, that an inquiry was sent) tied to cookie identifiers, handles it under its own privacy policy, and you can limit that in your Meta ad preferences. These tools set cookies or similar identifiers in your browser. The site also keeps a couple of small settings in your browser's local storage, like graphics quality and which kind of visitor you said you were. Ad-blockers block all of this and the site works fine anyway.

Private client galleries (the /g/ links I text you) run Clarity too, with the photos and names masked out of the recordings, and keep a small first-party count of opens, favorites and downloads that only I see, tied to a random id in your browser rather than to you. No Google Analytics and no Meta pixel on those pages, ever.

Photos of clients

Client photos only go up in the gallery or on social media with the client's okay, and nothing runs in paid ads without a signed release. In Nebraska adulthood starts at 19, so a parent or guardian signs for anyone younger. If a photo of you is up and you want it down, tell me and it comes down.
